Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide plumbing and heating services to domestic and commercial customers. All work is carried out by qualified engineers and completed to industry standards.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final prices may vary if additional work is required. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and other standard payment methods. Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

5. Warranties

We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on completed work. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and appliances where applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. Please make sure the work area is clear and safe for our engineers to operate.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults or conditions. We will take reasonable care while working on your property but are not responsible for unforeseen issues beyond our control.

8. Emergencies

Emergency call-out charges may apply. These will be clearly communicated before any work begins.

9. Complaints

If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us directly. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and professionally.

10. Changes to Terms

AJL Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
